YOUR JOURNEY HOME PROCESS
The Journey Process consists of 7 juicy steps that will keep you connected to the voice of your mind, body, and spirit while enticing and inspiring you into new realms of your divine and powerful feminine essence (ALL that makes you—YOU!).
1.HONOR WHERE YOU ARE
This foundational step calls you to honor where you are right now in your life—your joys, your pains, your wants, your yearnings, and your yet to be realized dreams.
Here, you will celebrate your originality and unique qualities, without the labels and titles that society or your own voices have put you on. Here you will acknowledge, blow kisses, and stand in reverence of the woman that you are right now—Every unique and complex part of who YOU are, just as You are
2. RECONNECT TO YOUR FEMININE FIRE
This step is about basking, not just dabbling or lightly engaging, in your ESSENCE; Your “FIRE” that only you can blaze (in your special way) into the world.
Often times women are busy doing instead of being. I have witnessed and experienced this for myself. Our doing-ness leads us to tiredness, depletion, and even emptiness; instead of feeding and refueling the FIRE we once had about life, health, relationships, etc.
Here we look at what has or is draining your “Fire” and begin to implement actions that stoke your feminine flames and light your path to more feminine presence, more self- care, and more of what “lights” you up.
3. ENVISION YOUR DIVINE DESTINATION
Here we will explore your deepest desires, dreams, and aspirations that you want to manifest in your life.
We will take the snapshots that you see of your future, and start to create a sacred, integrated, and whole (mind-body-spirit) vision. Together, we will root out and heal any inner chatter that takes you off course or tells you that your vision is unattainable.
4. UNAPOLOGETICALLY STAND IN YOUR TRUTH
It is time for you to own all parts of yourself, the light and the dark—The good and the “bad”—and put on your “little black dress” of vulnerability and shout, “THIS IS ME!”
Here you will stop hiding parts of yourself to make others feel comfortable or denying parts (that you actually like) because of what others may think. Here, we identify where you are dimming your light to accommodate others and what is not your truth.
During this step, you will celebrate and fully own what you stand for in your life.
5. ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR FEMININE FLOW
Now is the time to honor and connect with your rhythm—your pace—and not the pace the world dictates? Now is time to stop adding stuff to your impressive to-do list without consciously delegating or taking something off. Yes, NOW is the time!
During this step, we will identify what is blocking or getting in the way of your highest Flow. Flow is where your mind, body, and spirit say yes to how you are showing up and operating in the world instead of “OMG, enough already!” Here you will celebrate your accomplishments at a pace that inspires you, have more energy, and prioritize the things that open the floodgates to your Feminine Flow.
6. PLAY BIG
Oh Baby! This step is about Feminine Ownership.
You are more powerful than your wildest imagination and you have been placed on this Earth to experience more than you ever imagined.
Here is where you boldly proclaim your deepest fears of what is keeping your from everything you deserve while learning the tools to move through your fears and also prepare yourself to receive all the goodness that divinely has your name on it.
7. CONNECT TO YOUR FEMININE PERFECTION EVERYDAY
This step is about creating sacred daily practices, that unleash your “juiciness” and al low you to celebrate, nourish, receive, surrender, and love yourself more and more.
These customized practices will radically change how you show up in world. You will be able to find your inner peace more quickly, feel more aligned to who you are, and experience more self—love, peace, and joy.
